Smokefree Health Harms Campaign

On 28th December the Smokefree Health Harms campaign launches, for its 7th year, and it will run throughout January 2019.  It encourages smokers to stop smoking in the New Year and highlights the immediate harms that happen every time a cigarette is smoked.

Giving up smoking is one of the best things anyone can do for their health but relying on willpower alone is the least effective way to quit. Getting support such as face to face contact and using stop smoking aids can boost the chances of a successful quit.
